After completing the welding program at the Wayne County Schools Career Center, Mark launched Morrison Custom Welding, turning it from a modest shop behind his father's laundromat into a respected fabrication business serving commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential clients across Northeast Ohio. Over the years, he built a name for solid craftsmanship, dependability, and fair dealing with every customer.

Outside of business, Mark has stayed closely tied to his community—volunteering, participating in industry organizations, serving on local boards, and mentoring young people drawn to the skilled trades. He holds firmly to the idea that everyone has a story worth hearing, that respect is non-negotiable, and that the best leaders are often the ones doing the work quietly rather than chasing credit.

These days, Mark divides his time between property management, hands-on projects, and helping grow family business ventures, all while staying close to the work that first drew him in: building, fixing, and figuring things out. Whether he's bringing a property back to life, fabricating a metal piece, hunting for morels come spring, or seeking out lesser-known places to explore, Mark holds craftsmanship, self-reliance, and genuine relationships in high regard.
